Juliana Londoño is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed mental health therapist, award-winning clinician, and passionate mental health advocate dedicated to dismantling stigma in marginalized communities. As a first-generation Latina and clinician in New Jersey, Juliana brings cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and deep compassion to her clinical work, particularly when serving Latino, immigrant, and first-generation populations.
With fewer than 10% of mental health professionals nationwide identifying as Latino, Juliana has often been the “first Latina therapist” many of her clients have encountered. This unique position fuels her mission: to transform how communities of color relate to mental health and to make healing more accessible, culturally grounded, and empowering.
Juliana is also an adjunct professor of psychology, a published academic author, and founder of Juliana Londoño LLC, where she blends her clinical expertise with education, consulting, and public speaking. Her therapeutic approach integrates emotional intelligence, culturally competent care, and narrative healing, helping clients reclaim their stories, develop coping strategies, and thrive authentically.
